The Heritage Trail is an independent historical website that has been established for many years. Four years ago, we expanded the site to include an image library & shop in an attempt to draw in some much needed revenue to maintain the site. However, this really detracted from what we had originally set out to do so this new, non-commercial, release of The Heritage Trail is now back to where we want it to be.

Showcasing a diverse range of historical sites and monuments, as well as a useful new 'zoom' feature on Google's satellite maps, the all new Heritage Trail will hopefully provide an excellent starting point for researching projects, holidays or tours.
